It was a big one in NoVa. Lasted well over a minute, and our building was shaking hard. We ended up evacuating. It lasted longer than the Northridge Earthquake in California back in the 80s.
Gives new meaning to the expression “Pick your fights carefully!”
Well, if we’re gonna have earthquakes here, I’m moving to California, with the better climate.

Seriously, I glad it was a tremor here in VaBeach, at first I thought I had something wrong with my inner ear.
