clearly this helps all schools on navy’s future schedules. play navy and go pro!
but seriously, pretty surprised Ohio State only had 4 players drafted. were they that young or does that show the coaching job of the vest?
wonder if NFL teams will start running a 1-6-4 against gabbert?
Interesting info – thanks Mike.
Yeah but we’ve got “…25 guys who marched in a parade!”
Which begs the question – how many of these guys were Parade All-Americans and/or how many “stars” did they have when they signed with their respective colleges? (Sorry I can’t research those questions – have to get back to work.)
They were pretty young, but 4 players from one school is still a lot. I was sort of surprised that Rutgers had none, not that I was expecting anyone in particular to get selected.
Well, we played OSU in ’09, so they had some guys drafted in the ’10 draft also. Same with Rutgers.
OMG a blog post!
Wonder what the total record was of the guys drafted against Navy.
someone should ask Muhammad Wilkerson or Jaiquawn Jarrett if they heard a whistle
so, for this year, the better paths to the NFL were:
Pitt – 5
tOSU – 5
Hawaii – 3
Missouri – 3
Temple – 2
SDSU – 2
Utah – 2
MD – 2
ECU – 1
SMU -1
Rice – 1
ARK St. – 1
ND – 1
